Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment approval. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern on Friday, on weekends or on official holidays ship the next business day. Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay, and in your order confirmation.

  • United States: on orders of $50 or more, any shipping option that costs $15 or less is free. Faster options that cost more than $15, such as overnight delivery, are charged at the rate shown at checkout. Orders under $50 pay the USPS or UPS rate shown at checkout.
  • United Kingdom and Canada: $20 flat rate, free on orders of $75 or more.

Your shipping address is checked at checkout. If it can't be verified you'll be asked to correct it. For help, call Customer Service at 1-732-745-2626.

Returns

You can return unworn, unused, undamaged merchandise bought on watchitude.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

  • Items must come back in their original packaging, with everything that came with them, including gifts with purchase and accessories.
  • Returns are by mail. You pay for return shipping.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable, except for defective or wrongly shipped items.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving your return.

We do not offer exchanges. To get a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Batteries, straps and reduced-price items (sale, clearance and special promotion prices) are final sale. Final sale items can't be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective, or the law requires it.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us and we'll make it right, including the shipping cost.

Watchitude watches come with a one-year warranty on the watch movement. If the movement proves defective in material or workmanship under normal use, we'll replace your watch with the same or a similar model free of charge.
