Step 1: Slide the Watchitude off the band
Step 2: Remove the Watchitude face off the band
Step 3: Remove white plastic stopper from knob
Step 4: Pull the knob out & twist to change time
Step 5: Push the knob back in
Step 6: Put Watchitude face back into plastic cover & line up the knob with the hole
Step 7: Slide Watchitude back onto band
