Install the Wearfit App

(note: do not use Wearfit 2.0, as this is for a different product)

System Requirements:

Android 4.4 or Apple IOS 8.0 and above.

 

Power On

Press and hold the fingerprint button on the face of the watch until screen lights up and vibrates.

 

Power Off

Press the fingerprint button several times until you reach the MORE screen > press and hold the button until you reach Power screen > Press and hold the button until the watch vibrates and turns off.

 

Connect to Phone

Do not try to sync through your smartphone bluetooth settings. Always use the Wearfit App.

 

Check phone settings, make sure Bluetooth and Locations on your phone are turned on.

 

Open the Wearfit app > Click the Menu in upper left corner > Press “Link Your Health Band” or “Bind Bracelet”

 

Note: Connect your watch through the Wearfit app, NOT through the Bluetooth Settings on your phone.

 

Charge the move2 watch

Connect the supplied charging cable to a USB power source, and connect the magnetic connector to the back of the watch face.

 

Watch Features

Activate the features you want to use in the Wearfit app.

 

>Press the fingerprint button once to switch screens

>time/date

–––––>press and hold to change graphics

 

>steps counter

 

>distance track

 

>calories track

 

>SMS notification

–––––>press and hold to see unread texts

 

>Light

>Power Off

–––––>press and hold to Power Off

 –––––>press and hold to Find Your Phone

 

>Stop Watch

 –––––>press and hold to activate Stop Watch

>Start   >Stop

 

>Back

–––––>press and hold to go back to main menu

Troubleshooting

 

Refresh Data

Important: If you are having any problems with your Move2 communicating with your phone, swipe down on the main screen of the app to re-fresh the data. Also, try closing the app (it will disconnect from your watch), and re-opening the app.

 

Disconnect from Phone

Important: If Problems communicating with your phone persist, It is best to disconnect your phone from your MOVE2 and start a new connection completely.

 

VERY IMPORTANT - 2 steps to disconnect

Step 1) Disconnect in app: in the Wearfit app, Menu, select “Unbind” or “Unlink”

Step 2) Disconnect in bluetooth settings: in your phone Bluetooth Settings, click the device, and “forget this device”

Reconnect: Open the Wearfit app > Click the Menu in upper left corner > Press “Link Your Health Band” or “Bind Bracelet”

 

Notes:

1. While the MOVE2 is water resistant, We Do not recommend swimming with the watch for long periods of time.

2. Do not change the rechargeable battery or open the case for any reason.

3. Always use the supplied charger cable.

4. Do not expose the device to a high moisture or high temperature environment for long periods of time.

5. This device contains a silicone band, charging cable and activity watch.

6. This product is not a medical device.

7. Do not try to sync through your smartphone bluetooth settings. Always use the App.
